Spicy Vegan Chicken with Asparagus

Like most days, I don’t want to spend hours cooking dinner. Usually, I just want something quick, easy, and most importantly delicious. In this post, I’ll show you how to make the best Spicy Vegan Chicken with Asparagus.

First, here’s what you’re going to need:

  • 1 package of Sweet Earth Mindful Chik’n

  • 1 Bundle of Asparagus

  • 2-3 Cloves Garlic

  • Sesame Oil

  • Soy Sauce

  • Sriracha

  • Rosemary

  • Thyme

  • Szechuan Chili Flakes

Now, you’re going to want to start a pot of rice. It should be done by the time you’re done cooking this recipe. Next, you’re going to prep the asparagus. Snap each spear about a third of the way up, and then chop all of them in half. Place them in a medium-sized bowl. Add equal parts Sriracha, Sesame Oil, and Soy Sauce. Then mix until the asparagus is nice and evenly coated. Set aside.
Chop up your garlic, and set that aside as well.

Heat a skillet to about medium heat, and add a couple of tablespoons of Sesame Oil. Once hot, toss in your garlic and cook for about a minute until slightly golden. Then we’re going to add the Sweet Earth Mindful Chik’n. Then add a sprig of Rosemary, a couple of sprigs of Thyme, and two hefty pinches of Szechuan Chili Flakes. Cook for a couple of minutes. After a couple of minutes, toss in the Asparagus, cook for about five minutes, stirring periodically.

After about five minutes, it’ll be ready to plate. Grab your rice, spoon half of the Spicy Chick’n and Asparagus on the plate. Garnish with Sesame Seeds and Roasted Chili Flakes. And just like that, you’ve got a quick, easy and delicious dinner.
